Australian Transit Group Pty Ltd (ATG) operates under Mandurah Bus Charters, Bunbury Bus Charters, Carnavon Bus Charters, Fortescue Bus Services, Kalmunda Buslines and Mt Barker School Bus Services.  Together these depots provide one hundred and forty transport services to clients such as state and local government, Burswood Entertainment Complex, various private schools, Woodside Petroleum, Dampier Salt, Alcoa and Straights Resources.

Australian Transit Group, established by Ben Doolan and Michael Baulch, acquired Mandurah Bus Charters, Fortesque Bus Services and Kojonup Bus Services from the Pryor family in 2004.  Preferring the country lifestyle, Michael purchased the Boyup Brook and Kojonup depots from Australian Transit Group in 2007.    

Ben remains at the Mandurah depot as managing director overseeing all operations.
