We require bus drivers to cover our regular school runs,  mine drivers (4am starts), charters and Bus Aides at our Kalgoorlie Depot.

All are split shifts; mine runs are 7 days a week with basic accommodation supplied if you do not reside in Kalgoorlie (subject to negotiation).

Workshop Admin / Parts Purchasing - Busselton

Gannaways Charters & Tours are seeking a part-time Workshop Parts purchaser / Administrator for our South West depots. This position would be ideal for someone available 5 hours a day, Monday to Friday (hours can be negotiated, ideal candidate).
Tasks include but are not limited to:
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Ensuring information stored in the vehicle files, CMMS and CCSS is detailed, accurate and current.
• Initiating and monitoring the purchasing and logistics process to ensure parts, equipment, resources, and tooling are available when required.
• Maintain workshop suppliers and stores in good order, including First Aid and Safety Stations and Fire Equipment
• Comply with the guidelines of the Manufacturer and Suppliers in the storage, use and maintenance of all equipment
• Ensuring the workshop on-call roster is up to date and amended accordingly when changes occur
• Assist in maintaining evidence of KPl's including Toolbox Meeting Meetings, Safety Walks along with actions and closed out procedures
• Maintain and Update Data Safety Sheets for the Workshop
• Maintain, Update workshop staff daily hours in the CSS
• General data entry work and other clerical duties
Experience:
• Previous experience in purchasing
• Familiar with workshop administration operations
• Advanced computer skills

Bus Aides - Busselton

Our Busselton depot is on the hunt for a School Bus Aide to join our friendly team. Help ensure a safe and secure travel experience for all students and passengers.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
• Educate students how to approach, board and alight the bus in a safe manner
• Complete attendance register forms as provided by ATG. Register boarding and alighting of each student.
• Supervise student behaviour on the school bus that allows safe and secure travel for all students and passengers
• Assist as required to wheelchair-bound students or students with mobility restrictions
• All students are required to be appropriately secured whilst the vehicle is in motion
• Attending, where necessary, to the needs of individual students
• Administer first aid as required and in accordance to individual care plans of each student
• Liaise with the bus driver on issues including safety and comfort on the school bus
• Support Driver in the upkeep of the vehicle as required
• Comply with the provisions of the safety management plan as it applies to bus aide
• Comply with reporting procedures Adhere to all ATG policies, Workplace Health and Safety procedures and
Safe Work Procedures Requirements:
• Current Working With Children (WWC) check
• Experience working with children
• Current First Aid
