Australian Transit Group P/L (ATG) requires all contractors, consultants, labour-hire companies and their employees who are performing work for or on behalf of the organisation to complete an online safety induction.
If you are a company representative or business owner, you must direct ALL of your employees who will be undertaking work on your behalf at any ATG depot site to register and complete their individual inductions. Work may not be carried out until the registration process has been completed and employees or sole traders will not be allowed on site without a valid induction certificate.
There is no cost to complete the induction and there is no limit on how many employees may be inducted.
Steps to complete the induction:
Step 1. Company registration
A company representative must register your company. Click below to Register your Company as a Contractor.
Once your company is registered, you and your employees will need to register to complete your individual safety inductions.
- Sole traders/suppliers will need to both register their company and register as an employee and complete the induction.
- The same email address can’t be used to register a company and then used by an employee to register for induction. It must be a different email address.
Step 2. Individual inductions
Nominated individuals will then need to head and click on the below and upload their relevant information, tickets or licenses and then complete the induction.
Induction cards will be issued automatically upon successfully completing the induction for printing.
Once an individual has registered, they will be able to log in as required.
- When company or individual licenses, certificates or tickets are uploaded to the portal, please input the expiry dates and correct contact information in, as the system will automatically let you know when expiry dates are approaching. This makes it easier for you and your employees to keep everything current.
